Following the completion of the newhaven remodel, we were hired to stage the home for the new and altered pattern of living. This meant that it was a "clean slate" for determining placement of furniture (which can manage traffic flow), accessories (scale, function and balance) and artwork (scale, color and viewing). In the new space, the Dining Area now occupies a spot next to a wall of french doors which look out onto the terrace and bayou beyond.

With a new hutch to display crystal and other treasures, newhaven considers the visual impact as well as access and frequency of use in deciding placement of items.

At the Owner's request, newhaven handled the Window seat cushions; from size, shape and fabric and material selection to it's fabrication and delivery.

Minor remodeling in this Guest Bedroom allowed new placement of furniture, accessories and artwork.
